Erectafil

What Erectafil Is

Erectafil is a drug used for symptomatic treatment of erectile dysfunction of different origin (both organic and psychological). The active substance of Erectafil is tadalafil citrate. It works by expanding the blood vessels in the penile tissues and increasing the blood flow to the penis. Erectafil is meant for adult male patients and is taken orally. It is intended for occasional (on-demand) use and has to be taken about 15 minutes before engaging in sexual intercourse. The drug helps to develop and maintain erection and provides sufficient hardness for penetrative sex for about 36 hour.

Recommendations for Use, Dosage, and Overdose

Erectafil is supplied in the tablet form. Each tablet contains 20 mg of tadalafil. This dose is the maximum recommended amount for use within 24 hours. Do not take more than that in this period. Take one pill of Erectafil before sexual interaction (usually 15 minutes is enough). The drug has a pleasant fruity flavor. It can be crushed or chewed if you have troubles swallowing the whole pill. It can be taken with or without meals. Alcohol does not have much interaction with the drug either. The effect lasts up to 36 hours.

Tadalafil safety for long-term use has been clinically proven in several studies. When taken regularly in smaller doses, Erectafil can completely restore erectile functioning. While Erectafil pill contains the maximum dose of tadalafil (20 mg) for on-demand use, smaller doses (2.5 mg and 5 mg) are sometimes prescribed for daily use, regardless of sexual activity. If taken as a course in these smaller doses, the drug can help overcome erectile dysfunction and eventually restore erectile functioning and hardness without the drugs.

Drink a plenty of water while taking Erectafil to keep the proper functioning of kidneys. Remember that natural sexual stimulation is still needed for arousal; the drug cannot create erection on its own, without drive.

Symptoms of Erectafil overdose include trouble breathing, painful/prolonged erection, severe dizziness, fainting. If you suspect an overdose, get urgent medical help.

Precautions and Contraindications

Erectafil is used only by adult men for obvious reasons, so the drug is not approved for children and women. Do not use Erectafil if you are allergic to tadalafil or other erectile dysfunction drugs. Combining the drug with other medications may lead to serious side effects on cardio-vascular system and abnormal blood pressure. Do not use Erectafil with nitrate-based medications or riociguat.

To make sure Erectafil is safe for you, you need to consult your healthcare provider and give them full accurate information about your health. Some conditions may make Erectafil less effective.
